As an experiment to isolate the problem, do the following: 1. Duplicate the chart with Chart >> Duplicate. Maximize that duplicated chart. 2. Remove all of the studies from the chart. 3. Remove all of the Chart Drawings from the chart ( Tools >> Erase All * commands) 4. Try scrolling the chart. And see if there is an improvement.
