Hi John, It is sun afternoon and I am doing my weeklies. I open up the weekly chartbook and I get what you see in the screenshot. I have other chartbooks open in this instance, with the same symbols, and everything is just fine. YES, I restarted SC. YES, I hit the change symbol to current service. NO DICE. And look at the oddball messages in the log. I have never seen those diamonds before. Help....Karen
