It is correctly doing what that particular coloring choice is setup to do. You should use the background coloring of "Based on Diagonal Dominant AskVol BidVol Difference - Actual" to get what you are wanting. As to the 0, that is occurring as neither diagonal side is dominant. The bid is 125 and compared to 131, the ask is 225 compared to 259.
