There are two issues here. Sierra Chart does not store on the server side Crypto currency data tick by tick because it takes way too much space. Instead it is stored in one second units. And also, Sierra Chart does not yet have support for fractional quantities. The trade volumes have to be multiplied by 10,000 currently.
