We cannot help with this: not getting CME data on rithmic feed...is there some permission setting i am missing?..
We recommend, activating the CME exchange here for the easiest solution: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes.
