The "Bar High-Low Down" and "Bar High-Low Up" graphics settings will change the width of the wick for a Candlestick Bar when you change the Width setting. If this is not working, then the first thing to look at is whether you are using the correct Graphics Settings - Global or Chart, and be sure to change the appropriate one.
