Sorry - when you said "Trade Service Log" we were thinking of the "Trade Activity Log". If you are not seeing anything at all in the "Trade Service Log", then select "Global Settings >> Message Categories" and set all the options in there to "Yes". They may be set to "No" due to a change in that option in a release from a few months ago. Here is the order of what you need to look into: 1. Look in the Trade Service Log to see if there is anything in there related to why an order for MNQ is not going through for that account. 2. If there is nothing obvious in the "Trade Service Log" then look at the "Trade Activity Log" and see if you can find the order for that trade account in there. If so, then it was being generated and sent. In this case, you would need to check with your broker as to why there was a problem with that order. We are not going to look through the Trade Activity that you posted above. This is something you need to do. 3. If the order is not in the Trade Activity Log, then you need to look at the Order Allocation for Trade Accounts setup to ensure that it is correct. This relates to the questions we asked in Post #4.
