what depth does the price index = 100.0 correspond to?
We are not understanding this question. If you are using ACSIL and you have a PriceTickIndex of 100, then you would use the "TickIndexToPrice()" function to convert that PriceTickIndex into the price. You can do this by hand, but you need to know the tick size of the chart. The "TickIndexToPrice()" is going to get the Tick Size for you. For instance, a PriceTickIndex of 100 for an ES chart which has a tick size of 0.25 would be a price of 25.00 (100 * 0.25).
