There is absolutely 0% chance this will ever come: , I still think it would be nice to have the option to disable scrollbars globally.
It goes against the fundamental design of Sierra Chart. The fundamental design being that the template, an existing chart, serves as the default settings for another chart. And then you can have any number of templates, by just simply duplicating any chart configured as you want.It will never come.
