It sounds like that specific file is corrupted for some reason. This is very odd, but here is what we want you to do, which should fix it: - Exit from Sierra Chart - Using the Operating System file manager (File Explorer in Windows) go to the Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart) - Go into the "Data" folder under the Sierra Chart installation folder (such as C:\SierraChart\Data) - Delete the file named "USDCHF.scid". - Start Sierra Chart The chart will automatically redownload the data for that chart, and you should be fine.
