We wanted to see the chart so we could see how it is setup. It helps us to determine what may be wrong - which it did, although admittedly, we should have thought about it from the image, but we did not, but looking at the chart, it did give us the insight we needed. The issue is that there are only 46 markers that can be drawn per bar. With the Daily bar as you have it, there are more than 46 levels that have the volume greater than the threshold value, so only the first 46 markers are drawn (it starts from the bottom and goes up).
