Idk why you would want the chart loaded a different way unless this way you can see the settings bc yesterday I loaded the chart by Edit>Screen Images>Upload charts. And there was nothing not pertinent on the chart (Except the blue horz line to show you the level in case you couldn't zoom). Regardless, below is the chart of today uploaded according to the instructions you provided. This is today, not the attached yesterday chart. But same thing. Rt side Grey Bar should be ASK>250, Left side White Bar should be Bid>250. As you can see, the bars are just on the bottom of the day chart for some. The whole day should have the bars except near the top, and near the bottom as those Price Levels don't have 250 Ask or Bid. You asked for the Chart, so the upload is below.
