Where to begin with this response? This is the worst reply I have ever seen a support group give whether it be trading support, computer support, or a support board for windows & doors. This is not even worth my time to respond to other than to say you did provide one link that may be useful. I guess it was just too much effort on your part to look at the 2 symbols this help request was about. The bar is now completely different than it was on Friday intraday when I originally wrote to you. On Friday RJZ14/TFZ4 was showing a high of 1124.60, now (Sunday night) Friday's high shows 1115.10. Are you going to tell me that isn't bullshit? This is why I can't trust the way you display daily data. So you'll get no picture on that! On the second issue, please show me where I said anything about historical data for corn. I have been using ZCZ4 (or the appropriate month) for as I've been using Sierra charts - 18 months or so - and it has worked fine until now. ZMZ4 works fine, ZLZ4 works fine, ZWZ4 works fine, and ZSX4 works fine. I did neglect to mention they are set to the continuous contract if that has any bearing on things. All the settings are exactly the same - all I'm doing is clicking symbols on the quote board and looking at the chart display. In the Advanced settings under Chart Settings I have them set to Intraday Chart with the Bar Period set to 1-0-0. So, again, why won't ZCZ4 display any data? I use Transact and their rep has no idea. |
