You are connecting to and getting your data from Rithmic. What is occurring is that you are losing your connection to Rithmic, and when the system reconnects, it tries to get any missing historical data. But since Rithmic has a lack of historical data, you are not getting that data from them, so it goes missing. You may be having a general issue with your Internet causing the connectivity issue, but we have seen this kind of issue with Rithmic quite often. Also, we had reports yesterday of a few people having issues connecting to Rithmic. If you use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will at least be able to get the missing data back into your chart. But it will not resolve the connectivity issue.
