That log is from a Sub-Instance. From what it shows, there is no main instance running for that sub-instance to connect to.

How did you start that Sub-Instance?

Also, if you are having an issue with data, then you first need to ensure that the main instance is working properly. If there is a problem in the Main Instance, then that needs to be dealt with first.
