Hello, I'm using IB for data. I'd like to chart the VIX volatility index. I load it from the list of symbols in the chart but it doesn't display after it downloads the data. Also, when I load other symbols, the charts will stop creating new bars after a while and continue making one long bar. I've contacted IB about the problems and they said I'm provisioned to get data to my SierraChart. Do you have any suggestions regarding the two issues? I'm working on version 976. When I use other data from other sources the charts seem to work fine. Thank you Scott
