What you want to do can be done. As we specified in Post #4, you need to set the system where you want to get the Rithmic data to have the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". After you select OK to close that window, you will need to select "File >> Reconnect". We believe that you have not done this, so that system where you think you are getting Rithmic data, is getting data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, and since you are only setup for "1 computer" at this time, that computer has taken the connection so the other computer can not get it.
