We do not have a way to check for what they are stating. That information does not exist. But, we can state that Sierra Chart does not send orders if there is not a connection, and it does not "store" those orders to be sent later. This could create a bad situation (such as what they are describing), hence we do not allow this to occur in our software. Therefore, if your Trade Activity Log is not showing any orders being sent at that time, then no orders were sent from Sierra Chart.
