The "Symbol Alerts" and "Time Alerts" do work a bit differently, in that the actual alert that is created stays in the list. You can either reuse it or delete it. There is no option to remove these alerts once they have served their purpose. We have noted the request to automatically remove Symbol and Time alerts after they have fired and are in a Disabled state. We can not say when we would get to any particular request.
