You have been tagged as a Professional in our system since January 30, 2025 (so nearly 1 year now). You have not been setup to get any data from us since then, and you have not been paying us anything for data since then.

The reason you were tagged as a Professional at that time is that you did not fill out the CME Group Exchange Agreements properly in order to be considered a Non-Professional. Specifically, you did not enter a "Clearing Firm" or an "Account Number". You must enter these items for your live, funded, futures trading account in order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group. Refer to the following:

Once you have your live, funded, futures trading account situation worked out, then you can redo the agreements at the following link:
