you have not properly filled out the Exchange Agreements for the CME Group data. Specifically, you have not entered the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" information. If you have an account with Interactive Brokers, then you need to enter "Interactive Brokers" for the Clearing Firm, and enter your Interactive Brokers Account Number for the Account Number field.

Please redo the agreements at the following link. Be sure to redo both of the agreements ("Uniform Subscriber Agreement" and the "CME Non-Professional Certification").
