Sierra Chart Engineering, I have found the issue with the Numbers Bars and it does seem like it relates to fonts and openGL. The setting in the Numbers Bars: Font Size Mode (In:83) when set to "Automatic with Minimum/Maximum Limits" immediately causes the Study Settings screen to lag if the vertical scale is compressed which causes a small value in the font (maybe 4 or something like that). If the vertical scales are causing font to be a maximum (in my case 9), there isn't lag. For now, I will set this to Same as Chart Font until this is resolved.
