There could be any number of possible reasons, so many that it's not even worth speculating on what might be occurring.

The easiest way to check how the Denali Exchange Data Feed will work for you is to install a second Sierra Chart and keep the service set to "SC Data" (which is the default). You will then be able to access our Delayed Streaming Data, which is delayed by 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the exchange). This data comes from the same source and location, so it will give you a direct indication of how well it will work versus Rithmic. Or, if your problem lies elsewhere.
