We are not sure what you are doing but this should not be necessary: 1. For charts to maintain its positions, I need to toggle 1 time though my two chartbooks when I start sierra. When I return to the initial chartbook, charts are how I left them. So all good.
We do not understand this: 2. I had issues with my ATR based twconfigs which would pop in foreground.
What is opening in the foreground? The Message Log?
