The reason you are not getting real-time data for the exchange that you have activated is that you activated a Non-Professional exchange for the CME Group. In order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account - and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:

We see the following in the log you sent:
2026-01-23 08:19:02.634 | Interactive Brokers | Connected to Demo or Simulated account.

So you are connecting to a Demo account with Interactive Brokers, which does not meet the requirement, as it needs to be a live account.

Also, you did not complete the exchange agreements properly, as you did not enter a "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number" in the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". Please redo the agreements and enter the required information, or you will not be able to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group. If you do not know your "Clearing Firm" (which Interactive Brokers is their own clearing firm) then enter the Brokerage name. You can redo the agreements at the following link:
