There is no special setting for what you are seeing - as we are understanding it, it should not be occurring. There is nothing built into the system that forces the charts into specific areas of the application. The only thing we wonder is if you were using the virtual space for the application, where you could move a chart off th end of the main application, and you would get a scrollbar so you could move around that main window. This changed a little bit, refer to the setting and the one below it that control this now: General Settings Window: MDI Window Virtual Space Percentage (125 to 1000) (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Multiple Document Interface (MDI) and Custom Title Bar Settings) As to the order of the windows, they should be coming up according to the order they are listed in the "Windows and Chartbooks" window (which matches the CW menu). It sounds like you have already done this, but please double check for us and let us know.
