We are not able to reproduce what you are seeing. We do not know why this would occur, and the changes that have been made in the recent releases were all related to the windows that are contained within the main application. There were no changes to the detached windows where you are seeing this occur. If we hear more about others having this issue or we are able to reproduce it, then we can look into what might be causing this. Otherwise, we have to believe that it is something about the Operating System not displaying something correctly - especially when you can not taken an image of it.
