I call the mouse pointer the arrow that follows you in Windows as you move.

You wrote...This is controlled by "Tools >> Global Cursor On". The Tools>Global Cursor is set to on.

Given all of this, it sounds like you are stating that the Arrow is showing in the detached chart with the crosshairs. What occurs when the current tool is set to "Pointer"? You are correct. The arrow is showing in the detached chart along with the crosshairs.

Is this only an issue when using the crosshairs? Yep. That is the only issue.

Is "Global Cursor On" enabled or disabled? The Global Cursor is set to enabled. The symbol cursor is not enabled. Is the global cursor being on what is causing the issue? If so, it never did before this update.

I tried to turn off the Global Cursor On and then back off and the problem still persists.

The symbol cursor is set to not enabled also. Also, if I right click on a chart and make sure the pointer is not selected, but, the crosshairs is selected, it seems to make no difference.

The workaround I found makes me think this is something to do with Windows 11 and the last update to version
2866. If you want to do a screenshare I will show you what I am seeing.
