We are not totally clear about the issue, but this is something that is not at all a priority or a concern for us right now. If the mouse pointer shows, when you are using the Chart Values tool, then that is just how it is. We really do not like changing the cursor. But there have been no changes on our side regarding this. This is just how it is. We have much other higher priorities to be concerned with than this.
