We are still not following exactly what is occurring and what window you are referring to. Is this the Minimized window that is showing in "1screen.png" and "2screen.png", but not in "3screen.png"? This is the small rectangle on top of the tabs or one of the actual charts? If a chart, which one is it? And what exactly is occurring? You state that when you try to "resize or minimize to re drag the windows size... its not there anymore". How does it disappear? Is it while you are interacting with the window, or after you finish?
