Go to the chart, the Time and Sales window is for and select Chart >> Reset Child Windows. The Time and Sales window will close. You will then be able to open the Settings window from the Time and Sales window menu. This activates the chart the Time and Sales window is for: 2. If I click the "Chart" button, nothing happens (I don't know what's supposed to happen, but there is no visible change that I can detect. I tried to check the help docs for info but couldn't find an explanation of this option - maybe it's too new for docs to be up do date yet?).
