To: SC Engineering; John-SC Support I started using OpenGL on AMD Radeon XT 7600 XT 16GB (having 2 GPU's) I am delighted by performance (acceleration @ 30ms update int.) Only problem I experience is "horizontal shifting of chart(s) by one bar to the left"; occurring all the time after some initial time of stability Changing bar interval brings chart(s) to starting point; 3000t-->2000t-->3000t and everything is fine again for very brief period; also shifted chart(s) is very much workable I suppose you are aware of this and just wanted to give some insight to SC It would be perfect if SIERRA CHART decides to stick with developing/making OpenGL as perfect as everything else Would it even be possible to run OpenGL on two GPU's (would love to apply OpenGL on more than one monitor); already tried on two and GPU handled it fine minus "shifting" My superb monster trading machine is able to handle everything I am reporting this in time when SIERRA CHART is doing awesome job making MDI take-over based on line you posted hoping it helps: "This is a relatively new feature. The cause of the exceptions and instability and graphics display issues some users experience is being researched." Noticed you already set MDI in TIME&SALES Works perfect MDI is superb to anything else-bravo for that !!! I am on ver. 2863; have no problems at all Thank you |
