@ertrader If you have proper GPU driver support for the hardware used, then OpenGL is the way to go. People running older AMD gpu's and apu's would have a better experience without OpenGL with Linux Kernel 6.18 and older, but with Kernel 6.19 and newer will have better results with OpenGL, because the newer kernel mainlined the modern Radion drivers.
