One of the main things we see are a lot of reconnections to Rithmic for some reason. Typically, when we see this it is due to what is described at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Frequent Reconnections But, from what we can see, you are on a version of Sierra Chart in which we fixed this problem from occurring. Still, we think you should go through what is described in the above link and remove all symbols that are not proper for Rithmic. For instance, we see the symbol "VOLX" show up in the log - wherever this is being used it needs to be removed as Rithmic can not deal with it. We also see a few of these errors in the log: 2026-01-14 09:31:05.196 | Connection to the external service has been lost.
