Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I am facing an issue where no CME charts are downloading in Sierra Chart. This problem occurs across all CME chart types, and the same error appears on every CME-related chart. Details: Sierra Chart version: Latest version downloaded from Help Center Current Service Package: Package 5 Issue scope: All CME group charts Behavior: Charts fail to download and show the same error message consistently I have already: Updated Sierra Chart to the latest version Restarted the platform and system Re-attempted opening multiple CME symbols and chart types Despite this, the issue persists. I have attached a screenshot showing the error message that appears on every CME chart for your reference. Looking forward to your guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you for your support.
