No, we do not mean different Sierra Chart credentials. We mean different credentials for the trading accounts. An installation of Sierra Chart can only be connected to a single trading service with a single Username/Password pair that are used to login. If that Trading Service Username/Password pair has multiple trading accounts associated with it, then those will show in the Trade Account list in your Trade Window. But, if you need to use different credentials to access different trading accounts, then you should use multiple installations of Sierra Chart so you can be connected to each account all the time, and not get confused on which one you are connected to at any given moment.
