From the image you provided we see the scrollbar is all the way to the right and there is a lot of room to scroll to the left. What happens when you grab the scroll bar and move it to the left? Or, if the scroll bar does not work, use the left/right arrow keys to scroll the chart to the left and right. Does this work?
