If your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and your "Windows >> Message Log" are actually blank, then select "Global Settings >> Message Categories" and set everything in there to "Yes". This was an issue with a recent release.

In either case, then try to place a trade and after you have a problem, get us your "Trade Service Log" by following these instructions:
