Please do the following for us: - Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "Trading Evaluator - Delayed". - Select OK to close that window - if you are prompted to update the symbols, then answer "Yes". - Select "Trade >> Trade Account Monitor/Balances Window" to open the "Trade Account Monitor Window". - Place the Trade Account Monitor over the graphics area of the main Sierra Chart window. - Select "Window >> Always on Top" on the Trade Account Monitor window. - Select "Edit >> Screen Images >> Save Main Window to File". - Wait 10 seconds. - On the "Trade Account Monitor Window" select "Manage >> New Trade Account". - Enter the name of the new trade account you want to create in the window that pops up. - Select OK to close that window where you entered the name. - With the Trade Account Monitor still covering the graphics area of the main window, select "Edit >> Screen Images >> Save Main Window to File". - Get us those two images by attaching them to this thread. They are located in the folder named "Images" under your main Sierra Chart installation folder (such as C:\SierraChart\Images).
