Check whether you are using Chart graphics settings or the Global graphics settings. Select "Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart" and see if the option for "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings" is enabled or not. If not, then you need to check the colors of these items in each individual chart and see how they are set.
