When you say the order is "reopened again" what exactly are you seeing on the system? Are you getting an order line on the screen? Or are you just referring to the line in your Trade Activity Log? From what we can see, it looks like your system is trying to modify the Stop order after it has been already closed out. If this is the case, and there is no actual order showing up, then you would need to look into your system to determine why it is doing this.
