Hello,

I switched from SierraChart_64 because it stopped opening (see last support case) to SierraChart_ARM64. Message log is reporting Connection limit exceeded MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices, and the Data feed Connect button is disabled. I've tried various restarts and manually ended tasks in Task Manager, but I believe it's still showing the previous connection to SierraChart_64 and viewing the SierraChart_ARM64 as the secondary instance.

Can support please manually reset the connections on your end?
