We have passed this along to Engineering to see if they can do anything about it. But, part of the reason for what you are seeing is the new options for how a "Minimized" window acts. Take a look at the options for the setting "Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Multiple Document Interface (MDI) and Custom Title Bar Settings >> MDI Child Window Minimize Method".
