It sounds like you may just have all the data for that chart currently displayed, therefore the scroll bar is not going to do anything. Please update to the current release by following these instructions, as we want to ensure that you have the current changes. Also, be aware of the setting for "Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Multiple Document Interface (MDI) and Custom Title Bar Settings >> Always Show Scroll Bar when Disabled" If you are still having a problem, then please get us an image and let us know the issue as it is shown in the image.
