1. Meanwhile, while I love the new selected chart border color option, it doesn't seem to be respected, if I change the color.
When you set the color in the Graphics Settings, it is not going to change unless you change it. Nothing can go wrong with this. Unless you are restarting Sierra Chart and the main configuration file of Sierra Chart is read-only.

You need to control the order of the charts, through the Windows and Chartbooks list:
Window, CB and CW Menus: Windows and Chartbooks (Window)

That is how the order of them is controlled. There is no other way to do that. You can also drag the MDI window tabs to change the order of them.

Cycling through them, is not going to change their order. If the operating system handled this differently which we were not aware of, it is not something we are going to replicate. The order is only controlled as we have explained above.

Also the last active chart is the one that will get the focus when opening the Chartbook or switching to the Chartbook.
