We actually do not see this at all on windows 7: - With SC timers, SC freezes or can't be interacted with if you have the chart update interval set very fast such as 10ms
And with how Sierra Chart timers are implemented, a problem like you describe really should not be occurring. We do plan some improvements with Sierra Chart timers, to dynamically manage update intervals better when there are many charts.We just tried now, replaying a single chart at 120 times, with a 10 ms replay update interval. There is a separate replay update interval. In Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display. It is astoundingly fast and no freezes. Sierra Chart is totally responsive.
