Are you only wanting this to occur when both the black line and the green line are positive and both are negative? For instance, as the time of 08:00 on January 2, 2026 there is green line above the black line, but the black line is negative, so we do not think you want this included. Let us know if there are other considerations as well, and we can then point you in the proper direction.
