The "Draw Anchored VWAP" tool is a relatively new item, introduced in version 2781. So you do need to be on a version higher than that. We have not had a chance to add the documentation for this item, but it follows the same process as the "Draw Volume Profile", except that it is only a single button click to place the anchor point and have the VWAP drawn forward from there. But everything else applies, particularly the setup for the configurations.
