You probably have the Input for "Base on Underlying Data" set to "Yes" for that tool. In this case, the data does need to be reloaded in order for the study to have access to the required data. The option is to change the Study Collection for that configuration to have that Input set to "No", but this will then decrease the accuracy of the VWAP.
