You are using the Volume by Price associated with a TPO. In this particular case, the lines will not display. We have updated the documentation to explain this (we apologize that it was not there previously). What you can do is setup another chart that does not use the TPO and add the "Volume Value Area Lines" study and the VWAP study to it, then use the "Study/Price Overlay" to overlay that information to the chart with the TPO on it.
